Biography

Panelist on Demystifying the Senior Thesis

Chisom (she/her) is a senior at Jonathan Edwards College majoring in the History of Science, Medicine, and Public Health while on the pre-med track. She is excited to support Yale’s disability community and work with community members to make the institution more accessible for current and future students and staff. She hopes to work towards this goal in her roles as a Student Accessibility Services Peer Liaison, Disability Peer Mentor, and the current President of Disability Empowerment for Yale (DEFY) and American Sign Language at Yale (ASLaY). She is also a member of the Nigerian Students Association; Black Pre-Health Students at Yale; Delta Alpha Pi; and Dzana, an Afrobeat dance group.
