Panelist on Demystifying the Senior Thesis
Jenesis Nwainokpor is a senior in Morse College from a small town near Raleigh, North Carolina. Particularly interested in the role of the archive in silencing or spotlighting the narratives of women and people of color, Jenesis has spent considerable time working in archive and museum spaces, including the Yale Peabody Museum and the State Archives of North Carolina. Also passionate about legal advocacy, she has captained teams for both Yale Undergraduate Moot Court and Yale Mock Trial. In her spare time, she enjoys learning foreign languages or baking foreign foods.
College and Degree: Morse, History of Science Medicine and Public Health, Certificate in Advanced Language Studies, Italian
Plans Post Grad: Jenesis intends to eventually attend law school and work on maternal health related public policy.
