Presenting Design Ethnography to Co-Investigate a More Accessible Ferry System
Megan is a community-centered designer and founding principal of 3x3, an inclusive innovation agency, focused on driving more sustainable, resilient, and just systems. As a designer with a disability, Megan incorporates her lived experience to create more inclusive and accessible outcomes. At 3x3, she leads projects that leverage stakeholder collaboration to drive transformation in urban resilience, public health, and community wellness. Before 3×3, Megan led design research at organizations such as the Earth Institute’s Center for Sustainable Urban Development for clients including the World Bank, UNEPS, UNOPS, and Internews. Megan holds an MS in urban planning from Columbia University and a BS in architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
