Presenting The Ongoing Fight Against Institutional Abuse: Survivor-Led Movements and Creative Actions
Sam Fein is a Boston-based contemporary artist, curator, and community organizer. In her role at the Disability Policy Consortium, she advocates for policy change on key issues affecting the disability community across Massachusetts. She is passionate about using art and visual culture as a tool for systemic change. In 2022 she was awarded a curatorial fellowship from ApexArt to develop the exhibition “The Corrections”, featuring female-identifying survivors of institutional abuse.
