Biography
Presenting Access Artistry for Community Disability Archive UNDUE BURDEN
Shannon (they/them) is a multisensory/multidisciplinary artist working across movement, sound, sculpture, moving image, installation, time-based, and social practices. Their work combines the heightened ritual of performance with the glorious imperfections of process. As a Disabled/low-vision person, they understand accessibility as a creative force that can transform time, space, and power structures. Photo credit: Christopher Postlewaite.
